Schematic Design and renderings for a new Oceanfront Beach House in Ship Bottom, Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
The Design program called for the replacement of a dilapidated 1 story beach bungalow with a new 2 stories house raised above the flood elevation, based on a footprint of 25X40 Ft, for a total of 2,000 Sq. Ft.
Attention was given to the ocean front view which may be enjoyed from the Living Room on the 2nd floor and its deck, and also for the Master Bedroom on the 1st floor.
In total there will be 4 bedrooms, which may be enjoyed by the owner's family as well as vacation rental.
